Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for sales and customer acquisition in Germany and beyond
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Onboarding and installation of our systems at customers – hands-on, service-oriented, and with enthusiasm
- Customer Success Management – you ensure our customers remain enthusiastic
- Close collaboration with the product team to incorporate feedback and market needs
What you bring:
- Experience or strong interest in sales, account management, or the equestrian industry
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Independence, organizational talent, and enjoyment of responsibility
- Fluent German (required) and very good English skills
- Enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and horses
